Prior to joining Scala, Mehryar was deeply involved in pioneering efforts in AI-driven equity and currency trading as the founder of a fund management company leveraging machine learning techniques. He has held leadership roles in several cutting-edge domains, from large-scale networking systems in enterprise and security to social networking platforms and data center simulations.

In addition to his corporate experience, he has served as an Adjunct Professor in San Diego State University, sharing his passion for technology and innovation with the next generation of innovators.

At Scala Computing, Mehryar is spearheading the simulation of next-generation Network Interface Cards (NICs) and protocols, as well as groundbreaking simulations and modeling of large-scale AI systems, including those powered by the ML Commons Chakra framework. His technical expertise in systems design, networking, and simulations positions him at the forefront of Scala's mission to deliver next-generation solutions for global enterprises.
